Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellations and Amendments are to be made direct with our Reservations Advisors. However, if you need to make an urgent change to your booking outside of our office hours, you should call the hotel direct. But remember to make a note of the name of the person that you speak to and any reference number that you may be given, as you should also advise us of the changes as soon as possible.
Please remember that Insight Booking Solutions is not responsible for changes to reservations that have not been made directly with our office.

Non-Arrivals

If a client fails to arrive at a hotel or does not cancel within the cancellation policy a charge will be made by the hotel.
